Bulldogs Gym — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bulldogs Fitness Center ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the Bulldogs Gym mobile application (the "App").

1. Who this app is for

The App is exclusively for active members of Bulldogs Fitness Center. Accounts are not self-registered — they are created for you in person at the gym by our staff, using an internal admin dashboard. If you are not yet a member, please visit a Bulldogs Fitness Center branch to sign up.

2. Information we collect

• Account identifier: an account ID assigned to you when your membership record is created, used to identify your account within the App.
• Account & profile information: name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
• Emergency contact information: the name and relationship of a person to contact in case of an emergency during training.
• Membership & attendance data: your membership status, gym branch, class/session schedule, and attendance history.
• Location data: your device's location at the moment you check in to a session, used to confirm you are at the correct gym branch when scanning the attendance QR code. We do not track or store your location at any other time.
• Fitness statistics: body measurements and progress data you or gym staff enter into the App.
• Device identifier: a device-level push notification token used to deliver notifications about your membership, sessions, and promotions.
• Usage & diagnostic data: basic technical information (e.g. app version, device type) used to keep the App working correctly.

3. How we use this information

We use your information solely to operate the App and deliver gym services: managing your membership, showing your class schedule and attendance, sending you relevant notifications, and displaying promotions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who can see your information

Your information is accessible to authorized Bulldogs Fitness Center staff (such as your coaches and administrators) for the purpose of managing your membership and training. It is not shared publicly or with unrelated third parties.

5. Third-party services we use

• OneSignal — delivers push notifications to your device.
• Cloud storage (S3-compatible) — securely stores uploaded profile photos.

These providers process data only as needed to provide these functions to the App and do not independently use your data for their own purposes.

6. Data retention & your rights

We retain your information for as long as your membership is active, plus any period required for our legal or business record-keeping obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting Bulldogs Fitness Center staff directly at the gym.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children and is only provisioned to registered gym members with a real-world membership.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
